Six Senses
Bangkok, Thailand
In 2009, in order to diversify its portfolio in Asia, Orca Holding took a strategic participation in Bangkok-based hospitality company Six Senses Resorts and Spas, which owns and operates around 10 resorts and 20 spas in Thailand, Vietnam, and the Maldives, as well as in gateway cities such as Paris and London. In 2012, Orca Holding sold its interest to Pegasus Capital, a New York-based private equity group. Orca Holding also invested in a resort in the Maldives managed by Six Senses which it subsequently sold in 2012.

A Beaux Arts landmark set on the grounds of the Four Seasons, La Mansión evokes a time when Buenos Aires was referred to as the “Paris of South America” – a city obsessed with French culture, fashion, and architecture. The stones of the façade were imported from France, while the gardens and the pool were built in the style of Roman baths.

The Parkway
Orlando, Florida
The Parkway has 195 acres of mixed-use tourist-commercial space and has been described as a smaller version of Disney. Back in the mid-1980s, Concorde Holdings master-developed the mixed-use site into the following assets: over 1,000 hotel rooms; 1,150 large timeshare units; 288 condominium units; over 100,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space; and a large equestrian-themed section.
