Creamery is designed to take advantage of seasonal coffee production by rotating components in order to highlight a fresher, more vibrant flavor profile throughout the year. We put a lot of work into Creamery to develop a versatile blend that brews effortlessly on every brew method. Creamery is designed to brew a balanced, inviting cup as a drip coffee, and is easy to dial in for large batch brewers. For all those moments you wish you had a coffee and no way to brew it, we’ve partnered with Swift Cup to develop an instant version of Creamery Seasonal Blend. The Loveramics pourover dripper & brass holder duo is perfectly crafted with both functionality and design in mind. The dripper is a ceramic cone with a textured pattern designed to create an even and slow airflow during coffee brewing. The brass holder is a separate piece that keeps the cone centered perfectly over your brewing vessel while making the piece a beautiful addition to your kitchen. This design works with any cone shaped filter, like the Hario V60 filters that we have stocked in the cafe and available online.

The Chemex is a classic coffee brewer designed by a chemist to mimic how liquids were filtered in a science lab. We love it because it serves as both the coffee brewer and the server (along with being beautiful). It's the only piece of coffee equipment on display the Museum of Modern Art. Because of the way the Chemex filter rests on the top of the server, the Chemex has a steady flow: as coffee drips into the bottom chamber, air being displaced escapes up the spout past the filter. This helps create slow, even draining. Ruby has both the Classic version with a wood collar or the Glass Handle version. Both are 8-cup sizes, and require the appropriate Chemex filter.

Hario V60 filters have a single seam and are shaped in a perfect cone, which works great with the Loveramics Pourover Dripper. These filters are made from a thin, crepe style paper which allows for filtering out all coffee particular while allowing for more body in the cup.

Our custom, stainless steel cupping spoon is back! Manufactured in the UK by William Wright Silverware, this spoon features our Ruby logos etched into the handle and the bowl of the spoon. Use this for your own cupping sessions or for whatever strikes your mood.
