Playing at the Park
A few Saturdays ago we took the girls to the park. They both love the swings. They had such a good time--we should definitely go to the park more often.

Tired, happy girls
A few Sundays ago we tried to get Madison to take a nap and she would not. That evening she was watching a movie on our bed and we came back to find her like this. She fell asleep at about 6:30 p.m. I put her pajamas on her and she didn't even bat an eye. I carried her to her bed and she slept until morning. She was exhausted!
Claire is always finding something she can climb in or on and she thinks it's so fun!

Our Trip to Utah
For Labor Day weekend we headed to Provo to enjoy some time with family & friends. We headed up Thursday night. Friday morning we spent some time with our friends the Kearls. We had spent quality time in a while. In the afternoon the girls went swimming with their Aunts and Uncles. Madison had fun swimming with Aunt Lo and Uncle McKay & Aunt Ali.
Claire did not have fun swimming. The water was pretty cold so she just played on the side.
Uncle Chase, Aunt Dana, Uncle McKay & Aunt Lo babysat Claire why we took Madison to Up with Grandma Dottie & Grandpa Mike. Madison loves going to the movie. This is only her third time but she does great and loves getting popcorn. We went to pick Claire up and she was having a great time. Uncle Chase & Aunt Dana had a late birthday present for her, which she had fun opening.

Saturday we went to "The Barn" at Thanksgiving point with Grandpa Mike, Grandma Dottie & Aunt Sarah. It was such a fun place. Look at this little pony...
Funny picture of Claire

Madison said she wanted a pony ride, but has soon as Chris walked her in the corral she started freaking out. Chris insisted that she ride and she cried the entire time.

Just a little miny goat...
Madison enjoyed it--especially since all the animals when in cages. She really liked the wagon ride.
That afternoon we headed up to BYU campus. Chris was in need of a new BYU shirt & hat and Madison needed a new BYU shirt. I love BYU! It was so beautiful and brought back so many memories. Madison told us she's going to be a BYU girl! We stopped and took a few pictures in front of the water at the ASB.

Back to a Routine
Summer is over (still hot though) and our days are filling up. Madison started preschool again and was so excited to be back with her friends. She loves it and it's great for me! Here she is on the first day of school.
She also started dance up again. After class she always tells me how much fun she had and if she gets to go again. We're working on her shuffle up stop--she gets so frustrated with herself when she can't do it in class. For her birthday she got this new tutu from Uncle Ryder and Aunt Ali--she loved wearing it!

We've also got a soccer girl on our hands. I think Chris is more excited than Madison--he's the coach. She had lots of fun at practice--not as much fun at her game. But as we were leaving she said "This was the best party ever!" Here she is on our way to practice.

Here she is in uniform. Her team is the Razor Claws. They lost 6-2. The other team and a good little boy who was very physical. Every time he pushed Madison she would cry and run to Chris. She did kick the ball a few times.
