Pacific Workplaces pays a 10% commission on:

• All offices occupied during the first 12 months.
• This includes expansion offices & renewals
• Registered brokers earn 12% commission

What is your commission?

• Commission is based on the total subscription value of the contract

• The commission is determined by multiplying the total subscription value of the contract times the term during the first 12 months

When is payment due?

• Upon receipt of your invoice after the deal has been funded
