Adon Panattoni’s career started in investments and finance with Colliers and Wells Fargo before turning to Panattoni, where he handled retail development efforts in Southern California. Today, Adon serves as the organization’s Global CEO and North America CEO. Under his leadership, Panattoni has solidified its presence in North America and Europe, and expanded into multiple new markets.
Reflecting Panattoni’s commitment to the community, Adon is involved with several area non-profit organizations, including the Building Blocks Foundation and the OC Fallen Firefighters Relief Fund.

Robert Dobrzycki, CEO and Co-Owner of Panattoni Europe, UK, India and the Middle East, and founder of the firm’s European business in 2005. His leadership has helped position Panattoni as a leader in European warehouse real estate. Robert began his career in 1999 with Menard Doswell & Co., and has founded several companies since then, including Harden Construction, Blue Assets and the Newport Fund. He holds a degree from the University of Warsaw and RICS Fellow membership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Doug Roberts is President of North American Development at Panattoni Development Company, where he oversees regional projects and serves as the company’s lead contact for a global e-commerce client. With over 34 years of experience in commercial real estate, he has delivered millions of square feet of industrial space, including large-scale fulfillment centers, logistics facilities, and build-to-suit projects. Doug is active in NAIOP, where he formerly served as President of the Reno Chapter, and holds SIOR and CCIM designations.

Adam Kramer, Panattoni Data Center Partner, is no stranger to data centers. He led the development of more than 1.2GW of global capacity and owned the incentive creation efforts of multiple hyperscale locations and transitioning to 100% renewable energy during his time as Executive Vice President of Strategy at Switch. Additionally, his work in developing utility-scale sustainable generation resources has earned recognition from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and Greenpeace, among others.

Since joining Panattoni in 1996, Brent Collins has worked on over $7 billion and 60 million square feet of completed industrial construction throughout the United States and Canada. Many of his projects were developed with repeat customers, including one who has worked with him 55 times in total. He’s known for his keen ability to negotiate and deliver high-profile projects. Brent is the co-founder of the TRADESTRONG Foundation, which supports students pursuing trades careers and Career Technical Education (CTE) programs.

Richard Wellbrock joins our UK team with over two decades of experience in real estate, including 17 years spent working in the European data centre market. His portfolio spans projects in London, Paris, Frankfurt, India and Japan, a $1.5 billion joint partnership with Mitsui, and supporting the efforts to scale data center capacity from 100MW to over 1GW across Europe and Asia as Chief Commercial Officer at Colt Data Centre Services (DCS), where he led global product, commercial and development teams.

Charged with managing data center development and investment strategy across our North American footprint, Chris Minghenelli joins Panattoni Data Centers as Senior Vice President, with a background covering finance and large-scale development. He helped expand Amazon’s last-mile delivery network in the Northeast and led the deployment of 3GW of AI data center capacity during his tenure. Previously, Chris worked in private finance at JPMorgan Chase & Co., managing a $30 billion real estate portfolio.

As Senior Vice President of Data Center Development, Brock Tomlinson oversees the firm’s pipeline growth across the data center market, including sourcing and development throughout North America. Prior to joining Panattoni, Brock worked with Prologis as Vice President on the data center team, leading the company’s first build-to-suit with a hyperscale customer in northern Virginia. In total, he’s launched nearly 2GW of data center capacity and been involved in negotiating transactions exceeding $10 billion in value.

Nick Parker brings extensive experience in investment strategy and asset growth to his role as Head of Capital Deployment at Panattoni Data Centres. Based in London, he leads funding efforts for projects in Britain, Europe and Asia. Previously in global senior leadership at Colt DCS for over eight years, his experience includes business cases totaling €5 billion and transactions representing 250 MW of data centre capacity. His efforts helped secure major joint ventures in India and Japan, fueling Colt’s international growth.

A seasoned veteran in data centre development, John Belton has over 40 years of experience in engineering and mission-critical projects. As Head of Development, Data Centres at Panattoni, he guides every stage of development from site acquisition to handoff. Previously at Colt DCS, he managed the company’s global development portfolio and led the rollout of new pipeline capable of handling 1 GW+ of IT load. His leadership covers engineering, architecture and development on an international scale.

With a career grounded in data centre infrastructure, Paul Terry has over 25 years of experience in the design and delivery of large-scale facilities worldwide. As Infrastructure Director at Panattoni Data Centres, he leads utility and technology systems for hyperscale campuses from site acquisition to handoff. Previously at Colt DCS, he oversaw all areas of development, from land acquisition to managing capital and operational budgets to spearheading R&D efforts aimed at incorporating AI and cloud computing into future projects.

Adon Panattoni

Global CEO and CEO,
North America

Panattoni Development Company Global Chief Executive and Chief Executive Officer for North America, Adon Panattoni, oversees all facets of daily operations and development across the organization’s international footprint. Since taking the helm, Adon has guided Panattoni into new markets in Scandinavia and India, and helped cement the company’s presence in the United States, Canada, Europe and the United Kingdom. 

Adon’s path to the C-suite began as Southern California Retail Partner for the firm, where he managed complex retail developments from site selection through completion. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Investment Sales Broker at

Colliers International, closing over $150 million in transactions, and served as Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo’s San Francisco Real Estate Group, underwriting development financing exceeding $80 million.

Mirroring Pattoni’s commitment to giving back to the community, Adon actively supports he Building Blocks Foundation and OC Fallen Firefighters relief fund, helping youth programs and first responder families across California. He also served as President of the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Men’s Guild from 2019 to 2020.

Robert Dobrzycki

CEO, Panattoni Europe

As CEO and Co-Owner of Panattoni Europe, UK, India and the Middle East, Robert Dobrzycki leads operations spanning seventeen European countries, India and Saudi Arabia. He founded Panattoni’s European business in Poland in 2005 and established the firm as a leader in the European warehouse real estate market over the following 20 years.


Robert’s real estate career began with American developer Menard Doswell & Co. in 1999. In the decades since, he has founded several companies, including Harden Construction, Blue Assets and Newport Fund. A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, Robert is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).


His industry contributions have been recognized with awards that include Prime Property Prize Person of the Decade in 2020, the Wektor award from Employers of Poland in 2023 and Lifetime Achievement in Real Estate at the CEE Quality Awards in 2024.

Robert established the Robert Dobrzycki Foundation in 2024 to support social development and promote Polish entrepreneurship globally. In March 2025, he became the majority shareholder of Widzew Łódź S.A., which competes in the Ekstraklasa, the top tier of the Polish football league.

Doug Roberts

President, North American Development

Doug Roberts leads North American Development at Panattoni and serves on the company’s Investment Committee. Over his 34-year career in commercial real estate, he has developed extensive expertise in overseeing development managers and guiding projects from initial planning through construction.

He previously held an equity partnership for Panattoni’s Nevada operations, deepening his understanding of the development process across multiple markets.

Doug maintains active involvement in key industry organizations including NAIOP, where he was 2015 President of the Reno Chapter, along with SIOR, CREW and CCIM. He has also contributed his expertise to the City of Reno’s Building Enterprise Fund Advisory Committee.

Beyond his professional work, Doug is a founding board member and former President of the Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation, which supports families navigating pediatric cancer. He remains active in the Reno Central Rotary Club, where he also previously served as President.

Adam Kramer

Partner, Head of Data Centers, North America

As Partner and Head of Data Centers, North America at Panattoni, Adam brings a builder’s mindset to one of the industry’s most demanding sectors. He’s developed over 1.2 gigawatts of data center capacity worldwide, managing projects from conception through delivery.

Prior to Panattoni, Adam held the position of Executive Vice President of Strategy at Switch, leading incentive development for hyperscale campuses. He broke new ground by driving Switch’s shift to 100% renewable energy, working alongside utilities in Nevada, Georgia and Michigan to help establish some of America’s first green energy tariffs.

He also collaborated with independent power producers to bring more than 400 megawatts of utility-scale renewable generation online. His sustainability leadership work has been recognized by Greenpeace, the White House and the EPA, among others.

Adam’s commitment to service extends to community leadership. He chairs the board of Renown Health, a not-for-profit healthcare system with $2 billion in annual revenue, and serves as a Trustee and former Chairman of the Reno Tahoe Airport Authority.

Brent Collins

Head of Project Delivery

Since joining Panattoni in 1996, Brent Collins has built a career spanning three decades in construction and real estate. As a North American Development Group Partner, he leads client relationships and project execution throughout the US and Canada.

A Placer County, California native, Brent manages the full development lifecycle, from site acquisition and due diligence through design, financing, construction and final disposition. He’s delivered over $7 billion in commercial and industrial projects spanning more than 60 million square feet.

What sets Brent apart is his client-focused approach. He’s built enduring partnerships with clients, including one with whom he has completed 55 separate

projects. He excels at handling complex infrastructure negotiations and steering high-stakes developments through challenging circumstances.

Brent is the co-founder of the TRADESTRONG Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting trade school students and Career Technical Education programs. Through this work, he’s helping to strengthen the skilled trades for future generations.

Richard Wellbrock

Managing Director, Data Centres

Richard Wellbrock serves as Managing Director of Data Centres at Panattoni, where he leads the company’s expansion into digital infrastructure across Europe, the United Kingdom, India and the Middle East. As of July 2025, he oversees hyperscale development pipelines and partnerships with hyperscalers, cloud providers and enterprise clients to deliver AI-ready data center campuses.

Before joining Panattoni, Richard served as Chief Commercial Officer at Colt Data Centre Services, where he led global product, commercial and development teams in their efforts to expand capacity from 100MW to over 1GW. He was instrumental in delivering AI-ready data center campuses across Europe and Asia, and helped establish a $1.5 billion joint venture with Mitsui to finance large-scale developments.

His career also includes roles at Infinity SDC as Group Commercial Director and Global Switch, one of Europe’s largest wholesale colocation providers.



With more than 25 years of experience across real estate and data center development, Richard brings commercial insight and technical expertise to Panattoni’s growing digital infrastructure development initiatives.

Christopher Minghenelli

Senior Vice President, Panattoni Data Centers

As Senior Vice President of Panattoni Data Centers, Christopher Minghenelli oversees development management and guides investment strategy for data center projects throughout North America.

Before joining Panattoni, Chris was involved with major infrastructure projects during his tenure at Amazon. He initially directed the expansion of last mile delivery networks across the Northeast, then moved into data center development on a national level. Leading the Americas Data Center Infrastructure team, he deployed 3 gigawatts of AI infrastructure, working across both established and new markets.

Chris began his career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he spent seven years progressing from Private Banker to Vice President managing a $30 billion real estate portfolio, developing the financial perspective that informs his approach to infrastructure development investments.

Throughout his career, Chris has shown a consistent ability to execute large-scale infrastructure initiatives while maintaining focus on both operational delivery and investment fundamentals.

Brock Tomlinson

Senior Vice President,
Panattoni Data Centers

Brock Tomlinson leads data center pipeline growth as Senior Vice President of Data Center Development at Panattoni, managing sourcing, deal structuring and development execution across North America.

After working as an Equity Derivatives Trader at J.P. Morgan, Brock shifted to commercial real estate and found his niche at Prologis. There, he spearheaded the company’s inaugural hyperscale build-to-suit in Northern Virginia and rose to Vice President, where he expanded their data center platform into a five-gigawatt operation.

Brock has developed over 1.8 gigawatts of data center capacity across the continent,

handling projects from fully turnkey developments to powered shell configurations. His experience includes negotiating joint venture agreements and leases for transactions valued above $10 billion.

He stays active in industry organizations including NAIOP, ULI, DC Real Estate Group and Data Center Coalition, previously serving on boards for DC Real Estate Group and Washington DC ULI. Brock also played professional soccer for the Chicago Fire.

Nick Parker

Head of Capital Deployment, Data Centres

As Head of Capital Deployment, Nick Parker leads Panattoni Data Centre’s efforts to secure funding for projects in Britain, Europe, and Asia. Based in London, he is also tasked with land acquisition, power infrastructure development and financing arrangements for hyperscaler and enterprise-level development projects. 

Nick joins our firm after over eight years at Colt Data Centre Services, where he oversaw capital deployment strategies valued at over €5 billion and managed hyperscale transactions representing approximately 250MW of capacity, and structured joint ventures across the company’s footprint, especially in Japan and India. Earlier in his tenure with Colt, he handled land acquisition programs and development valuations as part of their data center portfolio expansion.

His career also includes positions at CB Richard Ellis, Global Switch and British Land. Nick holds a BSc in Business Economics from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd.

John Belton

Head of Development, Data Centres

With more than forty years in engineering and mission-critical development, John Belton brings extensive technical expertise to his role as Head of Development, Data Centres. As part of the UK and European team, every stage of data center development, from site acquisition to handoff, is under his expert guidance.

John arrived at Panattoni after five years at Colt Technology Services, where he ran a global portfolio delivering over 1GW of IT load. Prior to that, he co-led the UK operations for Black & White Engineering, along with time at Infinity SDC, where he ran construction budgets and delivered major projects throughout Britain. 

John’s career began with the Greater London Council, where the foundation for a lifelong focus on engineering and development was laid. Since then, he has

delivered one million square feet at Barclays’ Canary Wharf headquarters, launched Hurley Palmer Flatt’s mission-critical division and helped drive critical engineering and commercial projects with Halloran & Payne, Kyle Stewart, MD and Kajima.

Paul Terry

Infrastructure Director, Data Centres

Power, connectivity and infrastructure are Paul Terry’s domain at Panattoni, where he serves as Infrastructure Director for the firm’s data centre platform, leading the design and delivery of utility and technology systems for large-scale hyperscale campuses, from site acquisition to the final mile before handoff.

Paul’s career spans more than twenty-five years, delivering networks and data centre infrastructure for global connectivity. Most recently, as Global Director of Development Infrastructure and Global Continuity Director at Colt Data Centre Services, he led major projects from design through handover and managed utility and technology programs. He spent over twenty years at Colt Technology Services before that, climbing from fibre engineering supervisor to senior leadership roles that oversaw network fulfillment and fibre deployment across Europe. His work with

the British Standards Institution helped standardize wayleave processes, reducing deployment times and speeding service delivery for projects like London’s smart city infrastructure.

His background in telecommunications and IT infrastructure provides him with a comprehensive perspective on the demands of modern data centre development. Paul combines deep technical knowledge with strategic leadership, bridging the gap between operational execution and large-scale infrastructure planning.
