St. John Paul II Chapel is located at 6523 Bradco Avenue cor. Imao St. Aseana City.
St. John Paul II Chapel holds an anticipated mass every Saturdays at 5:00PM and every Sundays at 10:00AM and 5:00PM.
Parqal is located at Diosdado Macapagal Blvd, Tambo, Parañaque, Philippines. You can pin "Parqal" in Google Maps for directions.
Customers can park at the basement, Macapagal Avenue open parking and Cabrera Drive open parking.
Parqal is open from Monday to Thursday: 10 AM to 9 PM, and Friday to Sunday: 10 AM to 10 PM.

| What documentation is needed for the usage of roads? | PRA permits must be filed for the following roads: - President Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard - JW Diokno Boulevard - Asean Avenue
Inner Roads within Aseana City must be coordinated and be requested for usage with ABPEA. https://abpea.com/permit-application/

| Where can we set up our Race Village? | This will be dependent on your course plotting, but common set up of the Race village is plotted within the amphitheater of Parqal.

| Race Claiming Kit (Satelite) | Please specify your preferred dates and operation time so we can confirm availability before you sign the Offer Letter. |
| Request to Ingress early | Please note that ingress at the Amphitheater begins after mall hours. Any Requests for early road closure for early ingress are subject to availability and management approval. |
| Are we allowed to invite sponsors during the Fun Run? | Sponsors are welcome, but must be cleared by our Leasing Team to ensure there are no conflicts with existing tenants. Please provide your sponsor list for alignment. |
| Logistics and Utilities | Organizers must provide all equipment, logistics, and their own Genset. Requests for mall electricity are subject to approval; if granted, only minimal power is available and a calibrated submeter is required for tapping and will be charged accordingly. |
| Usage of restrooms during Ingress & Egress | Requesting a dedicated restroom during ingress or Egress incurs a fee of ₱380 per hour (₱190/hr x 2). This covers two housekeeping staff assigned to the area for an 8-hour shift. |
| Manning Request | Event manning (Housekeeping and Security) is subject to approval and availability:

| ETFE Canopy Availment | ETFE (Parqal Canopy) colors can be customized to your preference for an additional charge. |
| Cleanliness and Maintenance | Post-event Trash: Hauling is charged at ₱40.00 per bag. Organizers are responsible for cleaning; Parqal only accepts segregated trash in clear bags. |
| Medical & Emergency Services | Organizers are required to provide their own medical ambulance, tent, and personnel. A BFP standby unit is also required if the event nature necessitates it. |

| Artist Tent & Production Tent | Artist air-conditioned tents are typically placed beside the Capiz Building (near Imao Drive). Production tents are positioned in the alleyway near Starbucks for proximity to RDU 7. |
