From The Heart
Hello bloggers! I started today's card by embossing a piece of white card with the Heart To Heart embossing folder. Using the Lacy Stained Glass Heart die, I cut the outer section in black and then cut the middle heart die in red and layered it on top. Using the Heart Flourish, I cut several in white and added them to the bottom left and top right of the heart. I arranged the curly part of the flourish to curve around the heart as accents. I cut the From The Heart sentiment in white and added a black shadow behind it and then glued it across the middle of the heart. The card was matted and layered with white layers. The finished dimensions are 7" x 8 1/2" in size. All for now, Sue x

Four Panel Window
Hi crafters! I would like to welcome all of you back to the blog after having closed it down a year ago this month. I will be posting on it regularly, but I cannot say just yet whether it will be every single day like before. It depends on if I have enough cards to do so. For now, however, we are moving forward. Jamie has kindly allowed me to continue the tradition of giving away one set of all the dies in this release. As we did previously, it will be based on a drawing made from all the comments in all the posts. Please be sure to make your name memorable so there is no question as to who the winner is. Please add either a surname or initial, perhaps add the city you live in or just use a funny alias. If you see another name in the comments that matches yours, then you need to add something distinguishable to your name. I will announce the winner on Jan. 23rd.
The next two days will be for the first release of 2026 and I will be starting with the Four Panel Window die. This is the die that the entire release is based upon as we have designed it to be used with all seasons. It can also be used to look into the house or outward from the house, showing its versatility. If you like the idea of creating beautiful window cards, then add your comment to this post. You can add one comment to every post during the launch to get the most entries into the drawing. If you have never put a comment on the blog, there are diretions on how to do it on the right hand side of my blog. The second post will be along at noon today, hope to see you back here then! Dear Friend
Hi there my crafty friends! I cut the Floral Symphony Cover Plate die with two pieces of white card. I used the bottom card to colour the design with alcohol ink markers. I cut the die a second time out of black card. I used the black die cut as an offset shadow behind the white die cut. I glued it in place over the coloured copy. I cut a larger piece of white card and covered it with a piece of sticky adhesive sheet. I peeled off the backing paper and coated the edge with Frosted Sparkle Glitterbitz. I attached the die cut to it so the edge showed. I cut the Dear Friend sentiment in black and glued it the the left side of the card. The card was completed with white and black mats and layers. The finished dimensions are 6" x 6 3/4" in size.
This is the last card that I have to share with you. Sorry it is so similar to yesterday's card, I usually make sure to mix them with other releases but I did not have that opportunity here. I have so enjoyed doing my daily blog for you, it has been one of the highlights of my crafting career. Reading all of your comments along the way has been so amazing too. Thank you so much for joining me on this incredible journey!

Wishing You All The Best
Hello crafters! I cut a piece of white card for the base and added a strip of green "grass" along the bottom of the card. I cut a hill using the Stitched Hills and Clouds and added it above the grass. I cut the Book Shop out of ocean card and added the awning, door and windows in aqua card. I cut the Fish Shop out of grey card with aqua accents. The Flower Shop was cut from aqua card and the roof, awning, door and windows were added out of ocean card. All three buildings were added to the hill with a lamppost and sandwich board next to them. I cut several trees and added them to the grassy area as well as a few stamped images from the Cottage Scenes stamp sets. I lightly inked the sky with Tumbled Glass ink and added three clouds. I stamped the sentiment and cut it out with a Safari Tag die and inked it while it was still in the die. I added it with mounting foam to the top of the card. The card was completed with white mats and layers. The dimensions are 6" x 7 3/4" in size.
