Physical contact with this character: Fine in general! It's a cat. You can pick it up and carry it around if you want; it might try to get loose if it doesn't like you but will probably tolerate it. Fighting with this character: If you want to punch a cat I'm not stopping you. Injuring this character: PM first if you want to actually hurt the cat, but also, why would you? Killing this character: Cats probably are not immune to murder, but PM to talk about that. Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: If you have them, go for it. Warnings: The cat is actually a player character-- things you let the cat know or overhear will be IC knowledge for somebody! If you are willing to let the cat get info from you or spy on conversations, etc., please let me know below!
