First off, thank you for your interest in my writing. My patrons make all the difference in my ability to keep doing the things I love: writing and sharing that writing with people. Why Patreon?&nbsp;Because I have more projects than sense? Because I write more than just one thing, from short, stand alone fiction to serials and even novel-length fiction in a variety of verses - fantasy, science fiction, urban fantasy, alternate history, even general fiction.&nbsp; Patreon is the modern-yet-traditional way for an artist to get funding and at the end of the day, I am still an artist, struggling to make it in a world that doesn't always want to hear from a queer WoC. Queer stories are gaining ground in traditional publishing, yes, but only certain queer stories told in certain ways and/or by certain voices. I'm not giving up on more traditional publishing altogether, but I'm pessimistic enough to think I'm going to need your help to get there. Why become a Patron?&nbsp;Some of my content will always, eventually, be free to the public, it's true. It's also true that, at some point, I will be collecting my short fiction to offer for sale outside of Patreon (hopefully!). BUT supporting me here will get you those things faster. PLUS you'll have those good karma points from knowing you're supporting the voice of a queer, disabled Woman of Color. Where's your intro video?&nbsp;To put it bluntly, I don't have one because having to produce a video with my face and voice would trigger my dysphoria to an extent that is just... not something I can force myself to do. Obviously, since I've been on Patreon for awhile now and still haven't made a video. There's not anything a video would say that isn't here in the text available anyway. ;)
