We understand that sometimes things come up and plans change. We want you to enjoy your float therapy session, red light therapy session, and/or yoga class! We really appreciate you letting us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. There is a $25 fee for float therapy sessions if you cancel or change the reservation within two to 24 hours of your appointment. No shows or cancellation or rescheduling within two hours of the appointment results in a fee equal to the full value of the service . Float therapy sessions are shareable and non-refundable with the exception of the Introductory 3-Float Special Package where float therapy sessions are not shareable and they expire after 90 days. Red light therapy and infrared sauna sessions are shareable and non-refundable. We are looking forward to seeing you soon and helping you to achieve your health and wellness goals!
