FEATURES: his body is covered in countless scars, with the main ones being the one on his face and a large one on his chest. He also has multiple piercings and wears several gold rings on his fingers.

ORIGINS: Brad was born in the Northern country and spent most of his life there, though 100 years ago he was forcibly moved to the Central country to serve out a prison sentence. He still lives in the Central country now, but he does return to the Northern country often.
FAMILY: Born to a wizard father and a human mother, Brad was just one of many children. Being the only wizard from the bunch though, Brad outlived all of his siblings. The memories are distant now, but sometimes they hit him like a freight train.
RELATIONSHIPS: 600 years of "it's complicated" with one Nero Turner. Currently they have big divorced energy.
OCCUPATION: wizard (formerly a bandit)
HISTORY: One of Brad's formative memories is of watching his father get murdered. From that moment, his previously-happy life changed forever. Brad became focused on getting stronger, both physically and magically, so that he could challenge the wizard that had murdered his father. Once he managed that, he continued to get stronger, and eventually a group formed around him. They became the death bandits, and Bradley himself became known as the bandit king. His reign lasted for 500 years, up until a group of wizards who were working with a human military arrested him and dragged him off to trial. He had actually done the crimes, but every wizard from the Northern country knew what this actually was about: Brad was getting too strong too fast, and the wizards who had arrested him- who had done much worse things than Brad, mind- just wanted him out of the picture. Brad sat in prison for about ten years, then he suddenly got marked as a Sage's wizard and was forced to fight to save the world. At the time, Brad didn't mind to much. Fighting to save the world meant he got a few days out of prison every now and then. But eventually, in his 90th year as a Sage's wizard, a Calamity struck that killed half of the Sage's wizards and cursed the survivors. Now the deal didn't seem so great, and Brad had no way to refuse the call. Luckily the new Sage, Akira, worked hard to get Brad out of prison on a work release kind of deal. Brad had to stay near Akira, but it meant he didn't have to sit in a cell anymore. Of course, this all happened just in time for Nero, Brad's ex from a tumultuous relationship, to be selected as a Sage's wizard too...

PERSONALITY
Brad is confident, brash, and temperamental. He's not very educated in the ways of polite society, so he comes off as rude and aggressive to most people. But Brad isn't completely awful to be around, once you get to know him. He's actually quite agreeable if you don't mess with his food or insult him, and he has a soft spot for kids. He can be flirty too, when he's around someone who is is type (or he thinks he can benefit from getting on someone's good side). But if you cross him, Brad will stab you as a warning.
ALIGNMENT: lawful neutral, but the laws he follows are his personal code. He does not pay much attention to laws made by governing bodies.
