At Performance Edge Physical Therapy, our treatment sessions typically last between 45- 60 minutes. During this time, you’ll receive one-on-one attention from a doctor of physical therapy, who will guide you through your personalized treatment plan. Our goal is to ensure that each session is focused, effective, and tailored to address your specific needs and goals. If you have any questions or concerns about the duration of your treatment sessions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.
**Evaluations may last up to 75 minutes.
At Performance Edge Physical Therapy, you do not necessarily need a referral from your doctor to receive treatment. In most cases, patients can directly access physical therapy services without a referral. However, some insurance providers may require a referral for coverage purposes. (ie. Medicare).

We are considered an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans (with the exception of Medicare). That means we’re able to offer longer, more customized sessions that are focused on getting real results—not rushed care dictated by insurance limitations.
We’ll provide a simple superbill (reciept) you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We also accept HSA/FSA payments.
