Face-to-Face
This is not a remote job. Every coach works on location in Helsinki or Espoo. Our office team works from Kamppi, Helsinki.
Weekly live education, collaboration, and feedback. We believe in physical presence, tight feedback loops, and real accountability.
We don’t hide behind Slack threads. We build performance face-to-face.
