Had the pleasure of working on a national cover for Village Voice media last week about Monsanto, GMO's and the risk they pose to farmers, health, and agriculture. Apparently the company has a history of poison and death -  Scary Stuff - Some reject ideas below

OVERNIGHT Section cover and 1/4 page for this weekends Boston Globe

 the story was about how to love doing you taxes - Dan had given me a call and just thrown out things like "what if it was enjoyable" something you looked forward to-  maybe even loved - here was my first approach:

After passing those in Dan wondered if i could approach it more showing someone happy to hand over money - like if giving taxes was like giving someone something nice.
