I just finished this 'msg board' for the website backseat.net - it reminds me more of a guestbook, but eh, I went by what he wanted for layout. Admin users posts show up with a diff color of the table. etc. it shows 20 msgs a page - and then generates pages on the fly if there are more than that.. (ex: 60 posts would have 3 pages - first page showing the most recent, third showing the oldest)

I am still finishing some small bugs.. but its pretty much complete.
