is anyone familiar with gallery?

i've got it running on my website.

the problem is that some of the pages, especially when browsing galleries, don't appear to finish correctly. it's as though the script is stopping part way through sending the output.

my site is running on xcalibre isp.

i thought it might be that i'd set it to use the shared tmp directory (/tmp), but i've changed that to a directory that i've created in my own webspace and it's no different. i've done a standard install and not changed any of the settings to anything silly.

does anyone have any ideas?
