Moving SQL Databases

I've just signed up with a new web host, 'cause they offer a lot more space. Now I have to move everything over to the new server. That's pretty easy, except for the SQL databases. The new server has phpMyAdmin but I can't get it to run on the old one.

So my question is. What is the best way to move the SQL databases from one server to another?
