Permutations

I'm trying to take an array of values and come up with a new array consisting of all the possible combinations. I did my usual trolling of boards and sites via Google and there's a lot of "do your own damn homework" and "if you read up on remedial math, you'll have the information you need". Evidently permutations are strictly academic? =)
