phptags

Some time ago I was asking about IDEs for PHP in this community. I have not found good and free IDE, so I've decided to continue using vim. I thought it would be cool to find some tool fot php simular to ctags(1), but all that I've found was some buggy C++ source which didn't want to compile on my system. I've rewrited it, added autotools support, getopt(3) support, made it execute sort(1) in the right way.

I'd be glad to know your opinion on it.

I tested it on FreeBSD, but it should work on Linux, thought.
