Favorite Editor (unix-based)
I posted about this a month or so ago, but recently my platform of choice (at home) has evolved to linux from winblows. What's your favorite unix-based development environment, and why?
I'm trying out jEdit and Kate right now. Neither do 100% of what I want and I'm just wondering what the professionals use. A cvs plugin would be nice. The ability to synch a project to an FTP server would be cool. I'm addicted to code folding already. Kate seems to have it enabled by default and jEdit has a whole folding menu but it's not real intuitive.
