I am looking for some help. I know very little about php, just enough to do simple things with my phpnuke sites.

I am wanting to create or install a php/sql database where I can track techs that don't run on jobs that they were supposed to run on.

The fields I need (I can change these fields, but this gives an example)

county (drop down box)
tech #
date/time
notes

I want to be able to generate a report where I can type in the tech # and it will tell me all the jobs he has not shown up on.

This is probably something eazy to do, or you know of a customisable script, but after several hours of google searching, I have found very bloated sw, or sw that doesn't do quite what I need to do.
