php ide with syntax hilites

any recommendations?

free is good,
open source is even better,
but cost isnt an issue.

i was using an OLD copy of devphp,
but i uninstalled it to install a newer version,
the guy's got a neet interface,
but it keeps crashing/is_buggy (for me)


anyone use the actuall Zend IDE they keep trying to push?
