Ok here is a weird problem. Out of the blue, my PHP scripts can no longer connect to the MySQL database. The scripts have been working fine for months.

The web host, Verio, claims that they haven't upgraded either PHP (4.3.9) or MySQL (3.23.54). I have also noticed that, using phpMyAdmin, I can no longer do an export. We have verified the login info to MySQL is correct.

Does anyone have an idea wht might cause this in ability to connect to MySQL (besides the things I have nentioned)?

Looks like the webhost fixed the problem. Yea!
