looking for Coders

Description: As the leader of an Army, your goal is to become the ruler of all other Commanders. Using everything from diplomacy to war, you must strive to build an Army wealthier than all others. Through this all, you will compete against other players all vying to achieve the same goals.
Then I have some cool new updates to add to it such as time-based movement to countries instead of just poof, appearing there. There are going to be 17 countries, Axis/Allies/Neutral. 2 Clans...Axis/Allies, which people will be put into according to who they choose. Neutral will not have a clan.
