As a follow up to my last post.
After some redesigning i've decided to use the INSERT INTO statement.
But i continue to have the same problem, with double postings and double DB entries when I refresh the browser.
I looked on MYSQL.com and have been noticing that there isn't a WHERE clause, for INSERT statements.
