script help please

I'm using a small comment script which allows people to leave comments about the images in my gallery..

Can anyone help me with getting this to send me an email when someone comments? (just in case of any nasties left). I need to be able to know, so I don't have to go through the whole gallery one by one to check. It leaves a totally separate comment for each page.

Any tips much appreciated (I'm semi-php-illiterate)
