Getting Flash Dimensions

getimagesize() will get the height and width of an image of flash file previous to Flash 6, but I'm looking for a way to get the flash dimensions including Flash 6. It'd be nice if it was a PHP way, but even if it could be done with JavaScript I'd be happy. Anyone know of any other alternatives?
