Post data into a link.

I hope I can explain this properly.

I would like to have a text box on a page with a login button. All the person does is type in a name and hit login.

(Happens in the background is the person is sent to a personalized url based on their name.)

Example I type in Tobi and it sends me to Reqsc.com/tobi/home

Thats it no password authentication or anything like that just take the name and slap it into an url.

Does anyone know of how to do this? language preferred is php
