hosting...

so about a year ago i mistakenly paid for a year of hosting at godaddy.com. little did i know, they have php 4.x running on their servers, which caused me a lot of headaches (especially with $_SESSION variables) since my wamp server is running php 5.2.5. now that my year is just about up, i want to move my site. i've heard great things about dreamhost.com, but i also recently stumbled onto totalchoicehosting.com which looks really nice. any suggestions?
