Complete Noob

I am a complete and utter noob when it comes to php.

I am hoping to write a quiz script, just something so I can make quizzes like they have on quizilla for my website (the what whatever are you? type thing)

Does anyone have any ideas where i can start from?

Or does anyone have any script templates for quizzes I can play with to get the idea?
