New PHPnuke user troubles..

Hello, I am new to the community and PHP. I am using PHPnuke and having trouble getting the SQL database and/or the config.php file set up correctly. Is anyone familiar enough with PHPnuke to try and help me? If so I'll post more specifics of my problem.
