Taking classes, gaining access
Phoenix Forge operates on an orientation model to ensure a safe and communal work environment. Every member (regardless of skill level or experience) is required to take the orientation class for their desired work area. After completing an orientation, members are then able to reserve equipment and shop time in that work area, as well as sign up for more advanced skills classes. For example, the graphic on the right details the class progression for gaining access to our welding equipment.
