Why
73 Calley Drive in Leeming is where it all began in 2017. What started as two physios dropping handwritten letters to doctors, has grown into a team of 17 across two clinics, still driven by the same values. Our work has never just been about treating pain—it’s about inspiring movement, recovery and confidence in our patients, and our communities.

What people are saying
Real feedback from patients at our Palmyra and Leeming physio clinics.
Aria was amazing with helping me with my recovery from a stress fracture. His help with managing the mental load was incredible and really helped me stay on track with my rehab and recovery. The strength testing was also really insightful in helping me understand where my weaknesses were and helping fix them.
I’ve been seeing Physio73 Palmyra regularly and couldn’t recommend them more highly. The team is always professional, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping you feel your best. Every session is thorough — they really get to the root of the issue — and I always leave feeling like something has actually been fixed. It’s such a relief to be in the hands of people who truly know what they’re doing and care about their patients.
Kirstyn is a really great asset to the team at Palmyra. Professional, informative and knowledgeable. She has assisted me for back and neck issues and her remedial massage techniques are experienced and effective. Reception crew friendly and welcoming .
I have been Kirstyn's client for a number of years. When I first came to Kirstyn, I had several areas of my body that had been causing pain for quite a while. She has helped alleviate these and is a fantastic massage therapist. Professional and friendly service delivered in a very relaxed environment. Thanks Kirstyn.
Kirsten’s remedial massages are very helpful and supportive of my recovery. She has something really special. Combined with Pilates with Katelyn and Physio with Mac the pain of arthritis is not stopping me from walking any more. The professional care and support from the team at the clinic is second to none and has helped me move again. I am very grateful to you all.
I see Kirstyn twice a month , these sessions keep my neck, back and shoulders in great nick.
Jason was amazing during our sessions and Courtney and the rest of the reception team were fantastic as well! 10/10
First visit today and walked out feeling better than when I arrived. Angus took great care of me, he understood my condition and shared his knowledge and put me to the test. I learned exercises in the gym, got massaged and dry needles where needed. I’ve not got rehab exercises on an app and a return visit booked. Shout out to Angus who is excellent.
Josh originally took me on as an emergency case when my back ceased up post partum. I pretty much crawled into the clinic it was so bad. Since then I’ve had multiple issues with my back some acute and some from ongoing concerns. Every time I go there I get first class treatment and this time I went because yesterday I couldn’t walk, and today we move house, and I’ve woken up with zero restriction in my back. I genuinely think these guys are angels. If you have need of a physio, there’s no one else I’d recommend and trust more. They are the best of the best. Do yourself a favour and go see them!
Great place for a proper remedial massage, Kirstyn certainly knows her stuff. I attend regularly for maintenance remedial massage and my body tells me when I miss a session or have left the gap too long. Highly recommend.
