Every gift you make helps us fight for the dogs who need us most—those with serious medical needs and special abilities who are so often overlooked. Our mission is simple but urgent: to create a better world for at-risk dogs, giving each one the love, care, and second chance they truly deserve.

Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) from Your IRA
If you’re 70½ or older, you can make a powerful impact for dogs in need by donating directly from your IRA through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). In 2025, you can give up to $108,000 directly to Perfectly Imperfect Pups (PIPs), and this gift can count toward your Required Minimum Distribution while potentially lowering your taxable income. It’s a simple way to support our rescue efforts and help us save more lives. We recommend discussing this option with your financial advisor or IRA provider to get started.
Leave a Lasting Legacy
You can also create a lasting impact for generations of rescue dogs by including PIPs in your estate plans. Legacy gifts—such as naming PIPs in your will, trust, retirement plan, or life insurance policy—are easy to set up and ensure your passion for helping animals continues far into the future. We encourage you to consult with your financial or legal advisor to choose the best legacy gift for your wishes and situation.

The Teagan Fund provides critical medical care for dogs in urgent need—just like Teagan, who survived against the odds with help from our community. Emergencies can’t wait, and when a dog’s life is on the line, we don’t have time to fundraise—we have to act fast. Your donation helps us say “yes” to emergency vet care, surgeries, and lifesaving treatment for the dogs who need it most.

🐾 Dog Food Donations
We’re so grateful for everyone who helps feed our pups! To keep our dogs healthy and their diets consistent, we only accept the following food donations:

ProPlan Puppy (for our growing pups)

Diamond Naturals All Life Stages (for our adult dogs)
- Diamond Naturals Lamb and Rice Adult (for our adult dogs)
These are the two foods all PIP pups are fed unless a specific dog has a special medical diet. Consistency helps prevent tummy troubles and makes transitions between fosters and adopters much smoother.
