Imagine Communications acquires Pixel Power
Imagine Communications and Rohde & Schwarz have announced a definitive agreement under which Imagine will acquire Pixel Power Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rohde & Schwarz.
This acquisition unites two innovators with a shared vision for the IP and cloud-based future of live production and playout, expanding Imagine’s ecosystem with Pixel Power’s deploy-anywhere platforms and engineering expertise.
