Erica Larson leads Pixel Power’s strategic direction and client partnerships. Her work focuses on helping associations, nonprofits, and community-based organizations clarify priorities, strengthen digital foundations, and communicate more effectively across channels.
Before co-founding Pixel Power, Erica worked in marketing and communications roles where she experienced firsthand what it is like to be responsible for everything without clear systems or support. That experience shapes how Pixel Power operates today, with strategy, structure, and clarity guiding the work.
Erica is also a speaker and workshop facilitator, sharing practical guidance on digital presence and event promotion with professional associations and nonprofit organizations.
Malachi Witt brings a systems-focused perspective to Pixel Power’s work and supports technical strategy and oversight. His background includes software development and engineering, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
He helps make sure websites and digital platforms are built on sound technical foundations, with decisions that support long-term usability, performance, and maintainability. His work also supports smart coordination between strategy, design, and implementation.
