  • CMS = Content Management System means you can change the content on the website online (you will still need some graphics and HTML knowledge).
  • VPS = Virtual Private Server, this is a dedicated amount of space and memory just for your website, an eCommerce website should be using one.
  • Dedicated Server = This is a hosted server that is only used for high-end/large traffic.
  • Malware scans = Your website is like a computer, it’s needs checking every single month (minimum) for infections.
  • SEO = Search Engine Optimisation, making sure when people search for you on a search engine they find you.
  • SEF = Search Engine Friendly, this is to do with your URL and how the content is read by the search engine.
  • CRM = Customer Relationship Management, a system that keeps all your client details in one place, including leads and suppliers.
  • WhatsApp (business version) = A mobile app that can be used for business to talk to customers from anywhere in the world.
  • Social = Social media, online digital systems that make it easier to reach people you might not have reached before.
  • Admins = A user that has full control of the website and its content (webmaster).
  • Meta data = Lines of copy that you do not see on your website page, but it’s in the code and the search engines read it.
