Based on customer feedback, we now offer Priority Processing for photo requests, consolidations, special requests, and mailout. Priority Processing means that these requests are handled ahead of standard requests, allowing your package to move through our system faster without waiting in the regular queue.
Priority requests are completed within 24 hours on a first-come, first-served basis. This option is ideal if you need a request completed quickly and want to minimize processing delays.
The fee for adding Priority Processing is $3 per request. You always have the option to choose between standard or priority processing—it’s entirely up to you. Please see our pricing page for full details.
