As incubator, PLNT offers multiple programs that can help you further develop your skills in entrepreneurship and innovation. For starting entrepreneurs (early stage startups) or for talents who want to develop their ideas and themselves.

This is the first phase within entrepreneurship. At this stage, you seek inspiration, develop entrepreneurial skills, are introduced to entrepreneurship and we help you develop an idea.
Ready to take action on your idea? Before launching your startup, you’ll validate your idea by talking to potential customers and collecting feedback and evidence that show your business idea is viable.
As an established startup, you have validated your idea and are ready to accelerate your sales. You prepare for the next round of investment and possibly expand your team.
PLNT inspires, facilitates, and supports passionate talent to develop innovative ideas and take the step into entrepreneurship. As a central hub, we bring dreamers and doers together to shape and grow groundbreaking ideas.
How we do this
Participate in our events or impact hons, stop by the Community Drinks, meet PLNT Students, or take entrepreneurship classes we are developing with mboRijnland, Hogeschool Leiden and University of Leiden.

Sprout is a coaching program and therefore has no set duration
Yes, definitely! You can work at PLNT even without participating in a program. You can rent a flex desk or office space with us for a fee.
Most programs require attendance at all workshops or a minimum number of workshops. More information can be found on the individual program pages.
It varies by program how far along your idea needs to be. We are happy to help you every step of your startup process. Use our quiz to find out what stage your startup is in.
Except for our Ready To Start program, all of our programs are on physical. We believe that physical meetings benefit your participation. This way you can grow more and connect better with the other participants/PLNT Community.
