What is your opinion regarding AI?
It's a great thing, full of possibilities which will be of great benefit to humankind.

It's a great thing for governments and the super-rich elite, but not much use to the rest of us ordinary mortals.

I think it's natural and instinctive to be afraid of being seen naked.

| When I joined LiveJournal at the start of 2003, I acquired numerous friends who lived in my own city of Edinburgh (population 515,000). Although most of them hadn't been real-life fiends, I was able to meet many of them in person, and, being familiar with the same places, we had many shared experiences. Now, if anyone at all from my city is still on LiveJournal, none are on my friends-list. Although I remain committed to LiveJournal and am keen to get to know people wherever they may be, it seems less easy to connect with people when there is no familiarity and shared experience to build upon. I wonder if this is the same for others who are still using LiveJournal?
