PolyCore™ ASA-3012
PolyCore™ ASA-3012 combines excellent printability, good mechanical properties and outstanding weather resistance. Parts printed with ASA-3012 can maintain > 90% of their mechanical properties after extended periods of irradiation exposure (following ISO 4893.2). It is widely used to produce outdoor structures that can withstand harsh environments.

PolyCore™ PETG-1013
PolyCore™ PETG-1013 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced PETG compound featuring good weather resistance, excellent dimensional stability and cost-efficiency. It is suitable for architectural applications with lower temperature requirements.
Indoor

Polycore™ PETG-1000 R85
PolyCore™ PETG-1000 R85 is a semi-translucent PETG containing 85% post-consumer recycled (PCR) water bottles. Its unique recycled-content green tint seamlessly combines aesthetics with sustainability - an ideal choice for eco-conscious applications.

PolyCore™ PETG-1113 Marble
PolyCore™ PETG-1113 Marble is a blend of PolyCore™ PETG-1113 - a PETG pellet reinforced with 30% glass fiber - and a marble-effect masterbatch. The printed parts feature a stunning matte white finish decorated with naturally dispersed speckles, closely resembling real marble, which becomes even more striking after milling. This unique aesthetic makes it an ideal choice for visually demanding applications, such as indoor decorations, art pieces, sculptures, and high-end custom furniture, while still offering excellent printability and mechanical properties.

PolyCore™ PETG-1000
PolyCore™ PETG-1000 is an optically clear grade of PETG suitable for indoor applications such as luminaires, furniture and decorative pieces. It can be easily colored to match different aesthetic needs.
Application case studies

The 'MORPHUSION' installation art, 3D printed with PolyCore™ PETG-1013 and PETG-1000, showcases AI-driven design and robotic fabrication. The 2.2m structure combines structural stability with light-transmitting aesthetics.

"Flowing Zen Garden" at Design Shanghai, 3D printed with PolyCore™ PETG-1000, transforms Zen water ripples into tactile architectural poetry. The optically clear material captures light and motion in solid form.

PolyCore™ PETG-1113 is a cost-effective, glass fiber reinforced (30% mass percent) PETG pellet, featuring excellent mechanical properties, good adhesion to gelcoat, and outstanding printability and dimensional stability. This formulation is suitable for interior applications such as decoration, furniture as well as functional prototypes, construction templates and low temperature molding applications.

PolyCore™ ABS-5012 is a cost-effective choice for 3D printed molds and tools that are used in low temperature range (ambient up to 80℃).

PolyCore™ ABS-5022
PolyCore™ ABS-5022 is a great choice of 3D printed molds and tools for low temperatures (ambient up to 80℃). The carbon fiber reinforcement offers increased stiffness, strength and resistance to deformation under pressure.
