Souperbowl 2026

It's that time again -- time for soup!! My sibling KJ and I are hosting our annual soup contest on Sunday February 8 at 2PM! (This is Superbowl Sunday for anyone who might have prior commitments.) We will be at my house! I didn't include my address here where anyone on the internet could see it but it is included in the message you received sending you to this post!
We would love if you (and your partners) would come and bring enough soup for up to 25 people to taste! Use your best recipe, because we are going to vote for a winner who will receive a trophy and bragging rights for the year! We had a lot of fun last year eating soup and watching the Puppy Bowl.
Please bring your soup in a crockpot with a note card with your soup name and any allergens. Please RSVP (with # of people) by Feb 1 so we have a final headcount we can send out as well. And please bring a serving spoon for your soup, and whatever you'd like to drink. We will have water and diet soda here.
If you'd like to come but don't want to make soup, that's okay. Message me back so we can coordinate bringing bread/bowls/soup toppings/etc.
Accessibility: There are 2 steps to get into the single-level house. The bathroom doors are 28 inches wide. If you need more details please contact me.

I have volunteered to co-facilitate my queer reads book club and I'm actually kind of excited about it! Should be fun to be more involved in the process of running the club and seeing behind the scenes. :)
