INCENTIVE: He wants Ariana and his parents returned to life.
FIT: Albus is extremely mature for his age, as he's experienced a great deal of tragedy in the last few years, and he's essentially been forced to open his eyes to things he didn't want to accept. The fact that he broke ties with Gellert, then completely changed his mentality on muggles and how the world should be is a testament to just how much he wants to be better than he once was. While he has the capability to be manipulative if he feels it's necessary, he makes every effort to be as little like Gellert--and therefore as good and rule-abiding (within reason)--as he can be. He has no problem obeying the rules set out for him in Eudio, and finds them extremely reasonable, even generous, given what he'll be gaining in the end.
CONSENT: Albus has never broken consent, and wouldn't do so, especially at this point in his life. He's fully aware of what power does to him, and so he makes every effort not to put himself in those sorts of positions. He was--and still is--very much in love with Gellert, and given what happened between them, he'll be hesitant to begin any sort of romantic relationship with others. At heart, though, he wants a healthy, normal relationship with a normal man that's both equal and mutually respectful-- consent is imperative in any relationship like that.

ANYTHING ELSE? Albus is inarguably one of the strongest wizards of his time, even at this age. He can perform extremely powerful magic with his wand, and he's capable of quite a bit of wordless and even wandless magic already. He's created his own spells and he's incredibly intelligent.
