This is my little peace of heaven in Tooele. My heart aches for it! I feel like I left a piece of myself behind... Judd and I (mostly Judd) re-did nearly everything with our own hands.
We moved our family to Castle Dale, UT, because Judd got his DREAM job, and we couldn't pass it up! We love being in Castle Dale, close to Judd's family, and lots of quiet country living:)
We also miss our friends, ward and family in Tooele! It's never easy to move, but Judd's family, my family, and all the kind people here in Castle Dale have made the transition smooth.
If you know me well, you know that I LOVE change in my life. That's why my haircolor is always different every time you see me:) This change has been just what our family needed! It was too hard to live so far away from our Daddy and husband. So here we are in a two-bedroom apartment, all squished together, and loving being with each other once more!
We have made an offer on a 2 acre piece of property in Castle Dale, and are perusing all the home plans we can, in between feeding children, cleaning, and changing diapers! We are hoping that within a year our home will be sold, and we will be building our new FOREVER home here in Castle Dale!

Dear Santa, ...I've been MIA
I have been a smashing awesome Mom this year.(Except when I wasn't....)
I'm telling you, I really have done my best. I'm sure you already know this, but I have FIVE children. That's right! FIVE sets of teeth to take care of and worry about, FIVE sets of feet to shoe and keep clean with toenails trimmed, FIVE little heads of hair to keep neat and stylishly cut...Speaking of hair, you know the little girl I call my daughter? She cut her own this year, twice... Forgive me Santa, I did cry and freak out a little when that happened. It could have been worse, right?
I have two babies. One of them is 21 months old, and the other is 4 months old. They are so precious and beautiful to me. Did I mention that my husband changed jobs, and moved away when the youngest was 4 days old? Did I mention that I almost lost my mind during the 2 months my husband was gone...It was really HARD. Please don't put me on the naughty list. I didn't mean to forget my own kid's names due to lack of sleep, or a post-partum rest. I tried my best! They were fed, and well-groomed to the best of my recollection...
I have three older children. They are amazing. They have survived a move to a new place, and
started at a new school. They are NAILING it. They are so good to me. We moved to a 2 bedroom apartment, so we could be together, because I was losing my mind without my better half.

We are handling it well, because this year we have learned how great it is to be together.
Did you know my husband is a SAINT? Well he is. I love that man. He is a great provider, and has remained as handsome as the day I married him! Sometimes I wish I could greet him at the end of his work day a little better coiffed, and with less spit-up and peanut butter on my shirt...Luckily, he doesn't seem to care...He wanted this big messy family as much as I did. Bless him!
Please come visit my family this year Santa, and bring this Mom some energy!
I want to kick in this New Year with gumption! I want to give my family everything they deserve. I want to be self sustaining, and sufficient. I want to be able to NAIL it!
Thank you, Santa. You are a great listener.

It's back in session! You may actually get to read this blog again!

These boys are so cute, and they love their teachers :)
Can't beat that!
...and guess what?
I signed up for the PTA!
