Human Capital and Training Solutions Unrestricted (HCaTS)

The HCaTS contract is an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) vehicle to provide federal agencies with a reliable way to obtain Pulse Knowledge’s best value solutions for their human capital and training service requirements.

GSA Multiple Award Schedule (GSA MAS)

Under the MAS Program, GSA issues long-term governmentwide contracts that provide federal, state, and local government buyers access to commercial products, services and solutions at pre negotiated pricing. The GSA Schedule is structured to support the 12 large categories established by OMB under the category management approach of smarter buying. The Schedule is further divided into subcategories and Special Item Numbers (SINs) that are aligned to NAICS codes to simplify the process for buyers and sellers to understand the scope of GSA’s offerings and find what the products and services they are looking to buy or offer.

U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) USALearning® Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

Pulse Knowledge’s USALearning® IDIQ contract provides organizations with a vehicle to effectively and efficiently achieve agency missions and enable high quality, just-in-time learning and human capital solutions for Federal employees. Through Pulse Knowledge’s USALearning® contract, Federal agencies can purchase state-of-the-art products and services. The USALearning® process is straightforward and only takes about 8 weeks to get your project started. You don’t have to write a Request for Proposal (RFP), research the market for resources, and wait for competitive bids.
