Quick Question... Making a MU* Maker with Python...

Hey everyone!

I know, I hardly post here at all... But I have a question to ask, to those knowledgable...

Is it possible to create a program all in Python that can be used to create a text-based online game out of scratch? Like for those inspired to make one, this program is there, to help make the game, from different races and stats, to making their maps with .bmp images and stuff, thus making those kind of games MUCH easier to work on.

If it is, I'd like to start rounding up some companions on making such a program. Heck, it could be a group accomplishment. So far, I have an idea of the design of such a program. I can only say I have done some experiments in trying to make that kind of game, and it works somewhat well, so designing shouldn't be that big a problem here.

It would be best to make such a program available on any number of platforms, regardless if they have Python Interpreters or not.
