PyTOC2!!!
Well folks, here it, sorry the delay, had to move and all.
Currently in v0.4 there are only a few tweaks to the library. I've not been able to try out the new do_NEW_BUDDIES command, so have at it. Also, there is an added do_RAW_TOC, to send raw TOC2 commands of course. I found this useful in debugging so I decided to throw it in there.
I'm pretty new to Python so I know my coding might not be the best yet, but fix it up, show what I did wrong, and get back to our bots!
