About the challenge
The Quackathon is DUCS' annual hackathon, open to any students over the age of 16 within the UK. Students of all capabilities are welcome and encouraged to join. You'll meet new people, develop new skills, meet with tech companies, and have the opportunity to win prizes!

NCR Atleos - The Fish Bandit
The Fish Bandit was an unnamed 17-year-old who stuck "dozens" of fish to ATMs and other public surfaces in the town of Provo in Utah and posted pictures on his Instagram. He was eventually
arrested; however, the banks still need to clean up the mess.
Using the data set provided, find the quickest route for a customer engineer to get to the affected ATMs. Or analyse the pattern and predict the bandit's next move.
