FemTum Leap Awards honour women whose work is shaping the quantum future across research, engineering, trusted systems, governance, and education. For the third edition, the Awards expand with a broader set of categories and a strengthened pathway for recognition through nomination, community voting, and jury evaluation, bringing greater visibility to the women building quantum capability across sectors.
Launched in 2023 by the Quantum Innovation Summit Founder, Mrs. Malak Trabelsi Loeb, and first presented in Dubai during the Quantum Innovation Summit 2024, the Awards continue to elevate excellence and strengthen the talent and leadership pipeline across the global quantum ecosystem.

Algorithm Design Competition
The Quantum Innovation Summit 2026 Algorithm Design Competition is a curated, industrial grade initiative delivered during Global Quantum Week, designed to accelerate the translation of real industrial challenges into quantum ready algorithmic designs.
The Competition runs through the VerneX quantum platform, enabling teams to build and submit standardised Algorithm Design Dossiers that capture objective definition, constraints engineering, feasibility logic, and design level integration thinking. Applications and participation management are handled through the VerneX Competition App.
Finalists and winner
Three finalists are selected and showcased through short walkthroughs on the EXPO Stage during 7–8 April.
The winning team presents during the Quantum Futures Forum on 9 April and receives formal recognition at the Gala Dinner Awards on 8 April.
