Boz has over 25 years’ experience delivering digital transformation at scale, leading software product development for tech companies in Australia and in Silicon Valley US. Complementing his experience in Software Products, he has spent more than a decade working with global diversified mining and energy companies. Boz understands the license-to-operate challenges they face, and how Quartex's solutions can address these challenges with simple, easy to use, fit-for-purpose software.

Chris has over 30 years experience in finance leadership with experience in large MNC's, ASX listed businesses, SME’s and start-up operations. He has worked across Australian and global businesses covering SaaS, media, infrastructure and professional service organisations with a focus on businesses with data at their core. His approach to management enables Quartex to develop new products and reinvest in our existing suite, to better serve our customers.

Having experience across a range of industries, Gemma is instrumental in shaping and executing the HR Strategy and Operational plans. Collaborating closely with the Leadership Teams she ensures alignment between each department’s strategy and the broader People & Culture strategy, enabling the business to achieve its strategic goals.
